October 9th 2024: Hurricane
Watching the news coverage of Hurricane Milton. Seeing all that devastation and chaos, shit's fucked up. Kinda wish I had more to say, but it's hard to put my thoughts into words. Look, in the off-chance that someone from Florida is reading this shitty blog, Stay safe and be sure to help out anyone who needs it. Hopefully, the hurricane doesn't kill too many people. Wouldn't wish this kind of destruction on my worst enemy.
Also hope that North Carolina and all of the other states that have been impacted by Hurricane Helene get the help they need. A lot of people also got devastated by that storm.
October 8th, 2024: thoughts about random crap
It's been a couple weeks since I first uploaded the site. Not gonna lie, it got more views than I was expecting. There's not really a whole lot to see on here yet, but one of these days, I'll turn it into something that looks like someone actually put effort into it.
The company I work for got a new manager a few weeks ago, and he wants to make the kitchen better and more efficient. My work days are much busier than they used to be, but it's fine. It beats sitting on my ass and doing nothing for hours on end. Who knows? Maybe the company will actually bother to train me properly. Been waiting on that shit for almost two years now.
Edit: I removed the first part and changed a bunch of the post, because I felt that it made me sound like some kind of bougie douche. Not really used to blogging, and I've got really shitty social skills.
